The Gray Glacier and Icebergs

This photograph was taken from a point overlooking the downwind
end of Lago Gray, the lake fed by runoff from the Gray Glacier.
You can see the glacier, more than 5 miles distant, slithering
down between a pair of mountains in the center of the picture.
The icebergs, larger than houses, are blown down the lake, finally
beaching themselves at this end of the lake. The beautiful blue
color is real. You can get a sense of the size of these icebergs
by noticing the waves on the lake.
